About Ketamine Treatment

I am formally trained by Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI) to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). KAP works to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Ketamine can help break through patterns of distress by gently altering perception and mood, creating an opportunity for deeper therapeutic work. When paired with a supportive, structured environment, KAP has been shown to provide meaningful insights and positive change.

IV and IM Ketamine in a Clinical Setting
I work in partnership with a clinic in Cherry Creek where ketamine is administered either intravenously (IV) or via intramuscular (IM) injection for those who may benefit from a more closely monitored approach,. The clinic setting provides oversight by a doctor and nurse, including vital sign monitoring and the ability to tailor dosages at every session. The clinic environment helps ensure physical comfort and safety throughout the infusion or injection. Because of the medical monitoring and assistance that comes with IV/IM ketamine sessions, they can be done with or without my presence. Whether I am present for the actual ketamine session or not, I will be part of help guide your therapeutic process prior to the session and also provide integration of the experience within 72 hours of the IV or IM ketamine session.

Oral and Nasal Ketamine in My Office
If you prefer a more familiar therapy setting, I offer oral or nasal ketamine treatments in my office. These routes typically have a gentler onset, which can be ideal for individuals seeking a relaxed and intimate environment. Throughout the session, I’ll be there to help you work through any emotions or insights that come up, maintaining a calm pace, and providing reassurance as needed. Just as with IV/IM ketamine, we will have an integration session within 72 hours of your actual ketamine session. We’ll spend time processing the experience together so you can translate any new awareness into your daily life.

Is Ketamine Right for You?
Choosing the most suitable ketamine route—IV, IM, oral, or nasal—depends on factors such as personal comfort, therapeutic goals, and medical considerations. During our initial consultation, we will collaborate and create a plan that takes safety and effectiveness into account along with your preferences. For IV/IM you will be assessed by a psychiatrist from the clinic to ensure medical and emotional appropriateness for treatment. Through this integrative approach, my aim is to help you experience a renewed sense of hope, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
